We provide a 12-month warranty on all new equipment. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be repaired at no charge and defective parts replaced for free. The warranty covers the major components (compressor, fan motor, control unit, etc.) but excludes user-damage or consumables. Extended warranties (e.g. 18 or 24 months) can be negotiated for large projects. Warranty service can be claimed by contacting us with details of the issue; we will guide troubleshooting or arrange replacement parts as needed.
